Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. They are commonly used to make sites work correctly, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use them.
Heartbody websites (heartbody.co.uk, founder.heartbody.co.uk) use the following categories of cookies:
Required for the website and authenticated areas to function (session, security, CSRF protection). Set automatically; cannot be disabled.
Remember your preferences and entered values on the founder-cohort gateway (e.g. browser localStorage used to remember which letters you have reviewed on the cohort index). Stored locally on your device; not transmitted to us.
We may use privacy-respecting analytics (no personal identifiers, IP truncated) to understand which pages are visited. We do not use cross-site advertising cookies. As of the date above, we do not run third-party analytics on the public website.
The QR codes embedded in our outreach letters are generated by a third-party QR-code service and loaded by your browser when you view the letter. It does not set tracking cookies. Google Fonts is loaded for the typeface; Google may receive your IP address as part of this request.
You can clear and block cookies from your browser settings. Disabling strictly-necessary cookies may break authenticated functionality. The ICO has a helpful guide on managing cookies.
If we add new third-party services or analytics that set cookies, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date.
